Support deal origination and execution across Wusool Capital's sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates. Own real deal work early, from sourcing through close, in a market that is only beginning to institutionalize.
Responsibilities
Source new SME opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market mapping
Manage relationships with business owners and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data rooms
Support due diligence and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors
Draft and review transaction documents (NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets)
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity
What We're Looking For
2+ years experience in audit, investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or a related field
